Dean Ramsden
President/General Manager
In 1997 Dean began Client Focus Connections as a way to offer direct marketing assistance to companies. He has experience working with real estate, insurance, mortgage brokers, computer distributors, educational software companies, food service and many others. Client Focus has grown to service 1000 plus agents/companies across the country supported by a staff of twenty-five. Dean’s vision and drive continues to propel Client Focus making them a strong force in the direct marketing industry. Dean can often be found working on his next plan of action while wearing his bright orange hard hat.
Kathy Ramsden
VP Client Services
Kathy is a consistent supporter of Client Focus as Vice-President and head of Client Services. Her friendly personality and pleasant nature is a perfect match for her position within the company, and as wife to our President, Dean.
Sue VanAsten
Office/Sales Manager
Sue joined the Client Focus family in 1998. She consistently uses her 10+ years of experience as Office and Sales Manager. As the “go to gal” Sue performs the perfect balancing act with the many tasks assigned to her. Her lively personality can be exhibited in the sign on her door, “Everyone Brings Joy to this Office, Some when They Enter, Others When They Leave.”
Diane Melville
Human Resources/List Management Consultant
As head of Human Resources for the last 7 years, Diane uses her organizational skills to support the many employees at Client Focus. Other titles could include “counselor” and “office mom”. She is also our List Management Consultant.
Staci Lockman
Assistant Office Manager
Staci supports our front office as Assistant Office Manager. A jester’s hat would be her perfect accessory as she juggles the many tasks thrown her way.
Jennifer McCandless
Supervisor
As our “technological wizard” Jenifer’s professional title as “Supervisor” encompasses questions from our calling staff, Skype solutions, and all other random questions from multiple people.
Stacy Zanon
Office Assistant/Account Manager
As “new kid on the block” Stacy brings her young and vibrant personality to Client Focus as the Office Assistant and Account Manager. The placement of Stacy’s desk allows her to be within shouting distance of the “head honcho”. Though, true to Dean’s personality, he still picks up the phone when needing her assistance.
Susan Cour
Marketing Director
Susan uses creative writing and direct marketing skills to support Client Focus as the Marketing Director. You know Susan is on a “creative streak” when you hear the tap, tap, tap, of a computer keyboard coming from the back office.
Kevin McKinnon
Coach and Consultant
Kevin has 25 years in the insurance and sales industry. Along with Kevin’s experience, his contagious enthusiasm is providing new growth opportunities to our clients through coaching and consulting.
LaRon Ramsden
IT/Web Development
As the “information technology guru” LaRon’s cyberspace wisdom brings new and fresh designs to Client Focus and it’s clients. His no nonsense personality keeps Client Focus on top of the ever-changing World Wide Web.
