Terms and Conditions

  1. All approved scripts are made part of this agreement, and names/phone #’s must be provided by Client.
  2. Both parties agree no modification to this agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties.
  3. This agreement must be accepted by Client Focus Connections to become binding and the agreed upon cost in this agreement is, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  4. Client Focus Connections agrees to furnish the services specified in this agreement and to complete all work called for in a professional manner by industry standards.
  5. Client Focus Connections is hired by the Client as a temporary employment service. The Client is responsible for providing a calling list to Client Focus Connections that is clean from the “National Do Not Call” list and the “State Do Not Call” list in regards to the State the Client is doing business in. It is the Client’s responsibility to make proper registration with the Federal Government and the State the Client is doing business in. Client shall hold Client Focus Connections harmless regarding the “National and State Do Not Call” laws regarding the calling lists and accepts full responsibility for providing the calling list.
  6. This agreement can be terminated by either party, at anytime, for any reason and the balance due for the work completed to the termination date. Termination notice must be received by register mail.
  7. If Client requests a refund, there will be a 25% administration fee deducted from the refund. All calling sessions must be used within 90 days of payment. No credit will be given over 90 days.
  8. All checks must be made payable to: Client Focus Connections. No cash accepted.
  9. The calling list provided by Client will be kept confidential and the calling list and any leads will not be shared with any third party. If client doesn’t request the calling list to be returned within 30 days of the last calling session, the calling list will be shredded.
  10. Client gives permission to Client Focus Connections to email and/or fax a monthly update explaining any promotions or important information regarding the telemarketing industry.
  11. If client requests Client Focus Connections to make cold telephone calls to potential customers, client agrees that they made the necessary arrangements to obtain a SAN # from the National Registry regarding the National Do Not Call laws and paid the necessary fee, if applicable.
