Billing and Payment
Bronze Package
Price: $342 monthly
- Three (3) telemarketing sessions for 12 months
- Weekly Coaching for one (1) year
- Monthly Consulting for one (1) year
Terms and Conditions
- Both parties agree no modification to this agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties.
- This agreement must be accepted by Client Focus Connections to become binding and the agreed upon cost in this agreement is, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Client Focus Connections agrees to furnish the services specified in this agreement and to complete all work called for in a professional manner by industry standards.
- All payments must be made payable to: Client Focus Connections. Payments must be paid with either a credit card or check. Client allows Client Focus Connections to process payment on the 1st of each month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Client gives permission to Client Focus Connections to email and/or fax monthly updates explaining any promotions or important information regarding the telemarketing industry and we can share your name with other clients so both of you can be successful by learning from each other.
Telemarketing
- All approved scripts are made part of this agreement, and names/phone #’s must be provided by Client.
- lient Focus Connections is hired by the Client as a temporary employment service. The Client is responsible for providing a calling list to Client Focus Connections that is clean from the “National Do Not Call” list and the “State Do Not Call” list in regards to the State the Client is doing business in. It is the Client’s responsibility to make proper registration with the Federal Government and the State the Client is doing business in. Client shall hold Client Focus Connections harmless regarding the “National and State Do Not Call” laws regarding the calling lists and accepts full responsibility for providing the calling list.
- There is NO REFUNDs. ALL SHIFTS MUST BE SCHEDULED BY THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH AND THE WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF EACH MONTH OR SESSIONS PAID FOR WILL BE NULL AND VOID AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
- The calling list provided by Client will be kept confidential and the calling list and any leads will not be shared with any third party. If client doesn’t request the calling list to be returned within 30 days of the last calling session, the calling list will be shredded.
- If client requests Client Focus Connections to make cold telephone calls to potential customers, client agrees that they made the necessary arrangements to obtain a SAN # from the National Registry regarding the National Do Not Call laws and paid the necessary fee, if applicable.
Coaching and Consulting
- Each Coaching and Consulting package includes weekly Coaching conference calls at 8 AM on Monday’s in each time zone for up to (30) minutes.
- Each Coaching and Consulting package includes (up to 1 – 10 Minutes) of personal Consulting with our Staff Consultant with each paid month of your contract.
- There are NO REFUNDS on weekly Coaching sessions or monthly Consulting. They must be used each month and it is the responsibility of the Client to attend the weekly Coaching session and make an appointment with our Staff Consultant for the monthly Consulting.
- Early termination of the Coaching and Consulting portion of this contract is $250.00 unless the balance of contract is less than the $250.00.
- All Coaching sessions are open to all attendees and monthly Consulting sessions will be confidential between Client and Staff Consultant and Client Focus Connections.
- Client understands that Coaching and Consulting is for Sales and Marketing Advice only.
- All information shared in Coaching and Consulting Sessions is copy written materials and protected by copy write laws.
- Client understands that Staff Consultant is an Independent Contractor with Client Focus Connections and Client holds Client Focus Connections and Staff Consultant harmless from any litigation that would arise from the Consultants Coaching and Consultant Services.
