Billing and Payment

Silver Package

Price: $342 monthly

Three (3) telemarketing sessions for 12 months
List Management for SIC code specifications (b2b only)

Terms and Conditions

Both parties agree no modification to this agreement unless in writing and signed by both parties.
This agreement must be accepted by Client Focus Connections to become binding and the agreed upon cost in this agreement is, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Client Focus Connections agrees to furnish the services specified in this agreement and to complete all work called for in a professional manner by industry standards.
All payments must be made payable to: Client Focus Connections. Payments must be paid with either a credit card or check. Client allows Client Focus Connections to process payment on the 1st of each month, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client gives permission to Client Focus Connections to email and/or fax monthly updates explaining any promotions or important information regarding the telemarketing industry and we can share your name with other clients so both of you can be successful by learning from each other.

Telemarketing

All approved scripts are made part of this agreement, and names/phone #’s must be provided by Client.
lient Focus Connections is hired by the Client as a temporary employment service. The Client is responsible for providing a calling list to Client Focus Connections that is clean from the “National Do Not Call” list and the “State Do Not Call” list in regards to the State the Client is doing business in. It is the Client’s responsibility to make proper registration with the Federal Government and the State the Client is doing business in. Client shall hold Client Focus Connections harmless regarding the “National and State Do Not Call” laws regarding the calling lists and accepts full responsibility for providing the calling list.
There is NO REFUNDs. ALL SHIFTS MUST BE SCHEDULED BY THE 5TH OF EACH MONTH AND THE WORK MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF EACH MONTH OR SESSIONS PAID FOR WILL BE NULL AND VOID AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.
The calling list provided by Client will be kept confidential and the calling list and any leads will not be shared with any third party. If client doesn’t request the calling list to be returned within 30 days of the last calling session, the calling list will be shredded.
If client requests Client Focus Connections to make cold telephone calls to potential customers, client agrees that they made the necessary arrangements to obtain a SAN # from the National Registry regarding the National Do Not Call laws and paid the necessary fee, if applicable.

List Management

All names provided are from Hoover’s Inc. a subsidiary of Dunn and Brad St.
The names and numbers are used for the purpose of telemarketing services performed by Client Focus Connections and Client Focus Connections is not a re-seller of Hoover’s Inc.
Client Focus Connections will provide a form to Client that will outline the criteria of information that is being selected from Hoover’s Inc. on a monthly basis, after monthly payment is made.
Client will receive up to (1) Hour of List Management Consultation per month.
Client understands that none of these lists are scrubbed against and “National or State Do Not Call” lists or any other Client Base lists and it is the Clients responsibility to scrub the lists for any reason, if necessary.
Client accepts full responsibility to scrub lists and will request in writing to Client Focus Connections to receive the list for evaluation before telemarketing calls are made and holds Client Focus Connections harmless from any litigation that would arise.
Once the list has been pulled from Hoover’s Inc., there will be NO REFUNDS.
If Client requests that the List Management portion of the contract is to be terminated, there will be a $100.00 termination fee.
Lists will be saved for client up to 90 days and then the lists will be destroyed.
The calling lists provided by Client Focus Connections will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
